PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP, OH (PRESS RELEASE) – Thirty-one students will be recognized as Ohio Basic Peace Officer Training Academy graduates at Owens Community College Wednesday, April 18.

The special ceremonies will start at 7 p.m. in the College’s Center for Fine and Performing Arts Mainstage Theatre on the Toledo-area campus. Owens is located on Oregon Road in Perrysburg Township. The College’s Basic Peace Officer Training Academy graduation is open to the public.

FINDLAY, OH (PRESS RELEASE) – A man and woman from Toledo are facing felony charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized 1,928 illegal prescription pills and 154 U.S. savings bonds with a face value of $15,400 following a traffic stop in Hancock County.

A Hancock County grand jury indicted 12 people Tuesday, including two for burglary.

Zechariah J. Daniels, 24, and Krystal L. Decker, 21, both of Findlay, were charged with a third-degree felony for allegedly breaking into a residence at 403 E. Lincoln St., Apt. 2B, to commit a theft on Jan. 24.
